Banana ricotta chocolate chip bread

This one is an easy recipe made with a few ingredients and you can make it in one bowl.

Use extra ripened bananas, organic all-purpose flour, and Pacari Organic chocolate chips, it’s all the sweetness that this bread needs…. nothing more added.


4 ripened organic bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 cup ricotta
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
1.5 cup AP flour or whole-wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of Pacari Organic chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 200C. Mash bananas in a bowl, add your eggs, ricotta, vanilla, and salt.
Whisk together to combine well.
Add your dry ingredients and fold properly until fully incorporated and, then add your chocolate chips.
Pour into a rectangular baking pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for 45 mins until golden brown.
Take out, slice & serve.
