20 ounces of The Broth Lab Fresh Vegan Broth
1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring the broth to a gentle boil then add in the cauliflower florets. Cook, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Strain the liquid, reserving it to use to cook another vegetable, and use a potato masher to turn the cauliflower into rice.
